Position: Operations Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
About: This landscaping company is looking for a diligent and competent Crew Manager to oversee operations and ensure efficient service delivery. The role involves managing crews, equipment, and materials to meet production goals while upholding safety standards and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of horticulture practices and prior experience in a supervisory role within the landscaping industry.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong knowledge of trees, shrubs, and horticulture practices; familiarity with plant and turf diseases and pest management; prior supervisory experience in commercial landscaping preferred; excellent communication skills; mechanical aptitude beneficial; proficiency in computer systems and scheduling tools; valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to work independently and collaboratively; keen attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities; excellent organizational and time management skills
