Position: Operations Manager
About: The Operations Manager at a leading TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) company will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HVAC system tests. Collaborating with field technicians, project managers, and clients, the Operations Manager will be pivotal in delivering high-quality results within budget and on time.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role; Certified Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Technician preferred; strong leadership and team management skills; proficiency in TAB-related software and tools; knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; willingness to work in various environmental conditions and travel to job sites as needed
