Position: Operations Manager
About: The Funplex East Hanover is seeking an Operations Manager to play a vital role in the success of the amusement park by managing ride and attraction operations, ensuring guest safety, and enhancing the overall guest experience. The position requires active involvement in business processes and maintaining financial sustainability. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day park operations, supervise and train employees, manage resources and budgets, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures for optimal park performance.
Requirements: Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions; leadership skills to lead a team and maintain credibility; ability to handle complex problems and make timely decisions; self-motivation and initiative to accomplish strategic objectives; flexibility to handle multiple priorities and work schedules; knowledge of wage and hour regulations, team member management, and daily operational duties in the amusement park industry.
