Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; previous supervisory responsibilities; proficiency in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets, and word processing; ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests; strong problem-solving skills; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; excellent customer service skills; discretion and confidentiality in handling information; flexibility to handle long hours occasionally; ability to anticipate, identify, and solve problems effectively
