Position: Operations Manager
About: The Operations Manager position at FINE Entertainment involves overseeing the Restaurant/Bar area, managing Team Members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining guest satisfaction. The role reports to the General Manager and contributes to the overall efficiency and profitability of the establishment.
Requirements: A minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant and/or bar with an emphasis on upscale casual experiences of similar volume and Guest/Customer to FINE Entertainments business; A minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with 50 or more employees; Experience in the Gaming industry a plus; Servsafe Certification required; Food Safety Handler Certification; Sheriffs Card; Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
