Position: Operations Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and five to ten years of related experience; Proven experience in operations management within the printing industry, preferably pharmaceutical printing; Strong understanding of printing, folding, and cutting processes, as well as GMP; Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; Experience working in an ISO Certified facility is a plus; Proficiency in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies; Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
