Requirements: 2+ years of relevant management experience (specific to the role); high school diploma or equivalent (undergraduate degree preferred for Event Manager); excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills; proven experience in leadership, guest service, and working within kitchen/bars or event management; energy, enthusiasm, and a high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity; availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to obtain required licenses and certification
