Position: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all production activities at the plant, focusing on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency. This role involves reviewing performance metrics, developing improvement plans, and ensuring their execution. The Operations Manager will lead and manage the Operations team, drive environmental, health, and safety initiatives, ensure quality production, execute production plans, analyze data, collaborate with other departments, and maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, technical science, or a related field; Six Sigma knowledge with a Green Belt Certification preferred; Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience; Minimum of 3 years of Supervision experience; Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Proficiency in computer programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Ability to work with general accounting principles and make data-driven decisions; Previous experience with SAP is a plus; Must be eligible for access to U.S. controlled technology; Effective oral and written communication skills; Ability to solve problems and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
