Requirements: 3+ years of experience in retail management or a similar field (jewelry experience is a plus); Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems, Salesforce, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office; A problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude; Passion for jewelry and luxury retail is a bonus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
