Position: Operations Manager
About: The Santa Fe Collection, encompassing properties in Santa Fe, NM, Phoenix, and Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Operations Manager to oversee operations.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or a similar field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred (hospitality management, business administration, or a related field); experience with booking software and third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Escapia, etc.); strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
