Position: Operations Manager
About: Peak Thermo King, located in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee repairs, installations, and daily workflow for 35-40 service employees. Requirements: Demonstrated success in continuous improvement activities and Lean concepts; 5+ years of experience managing people in a shop environment, including recruiting and developing technicians and support staff; Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.); Proficiency in data interpretation to identify profitability trends and make strategic recommendations; Ability to build effective relationships, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to high priority situations; Professional demeanor with leadership and motivational capabilities
