Position: Operations Manager
About: The Operations Manager position at a retail store is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business to achieve company objectives, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales. The Operations Manager leads and manages the store operations team to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and team members. Success in this role is achieved through problem-solving, staff management, and collaboration with the Store Director.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred; At least 3 years of Management/Leadership experience or equivalent; Direct responsibility for leading 10 or more people in multiple departments; Familiarity with annual revenue, operating budget, or profit & loss dollars of at least $5 million; Ability to work a flexible schedule; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Excellent communication skills; Ability to lift 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs; Reliable, ethical, and trustworthy; Strong leadership and delegation skills; Flexible, creative, and adept at handling multiple tasks
