Position: Operations Manager
About: Planned Companies is seeking an Operations Manager for their concierge, security, and janitorial services in East Bay and/or South Bay, California. This role focuses on maintaining exceptional service standards, managing a professional team, and ensuring financial goals are met while upholding customer service standards and workplace policies.
Requirements: Experience in a field supervisory or management level position, previous janitorial or hotel-like atmosphere; Professional background in customer service and hospitality management; Hospitality-driven with the ability to coach, mentor, and multitask; Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and internet usage; Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Capability to handle client concerns diplomatically, manage budgets, and lift up to 50 pounds; 5 years of customer service experience preferred, 3 years of security experience preferred
