Position: Operations Manager
About: The Operations Manager role involves assisting with the day-to-day activities of the operation and assuming responsibility for their shift, with duties varying by location under the direction of Station Management. Responsibilities include overseeing gate coverage, tip reporting, passenger assistance, staff training, communication with customers for exceptional service, safety standards enforcement, and employee management. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. The role requires problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills for successful job performance.
Requirements: 18 years of age, Reliable transportation, Eligible to work in the United States; Associate’s degree. High school diploma or equivalent with two years relevant experience; Ability to read and interpret documents, communicate effectively in English; Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions; Proficient in Microsoft Office, WMS experience; Driver’s License required
