Position: Operations Director
About: A privately held beverage facility is seeking an Operations Director to lead 4 salaried and 40 hourly associates. The ideal candidate will be passionate, adaptable, and drive operational excellence in all areas of business, including production, sales, recipe development, quality, inventory, warehouse, and logistics. Understanding front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations is critical. The products are freshly made daily for retail and external customer orders. This role offers the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the island, including the weather, beaches, water, outdoor sports, and a strong sense of community. The company values long-term commitment, with an expectation of staying with the organization for a minimum of three to five years. Future facility expansion is planned for mid-late Quarter 3 of 2025, with a focus on business growth while maintaining a family-like environment and low turnover rate in employment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house operations; strong leadership and adaptability skills; ability to drive operational excellence in various business areas
