Position: Operations Director
About: IPS Adhesives, a global supplier of adhesive and related solutions to various markets, is seeking an Operations Director to lead its manufacturing organization in a period of significant growth and transformation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred; 10+ years experience in manufacturing/production leadership; experience in lean principles and continuous process improvement; knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management; familiarity with project management, budgeting, and manufacturing quality standards.
