About: The Diehl Club is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Director to oversee its daily operations. The club focuses on inspiring and enabling youth through a variety of programs and activities, providing a supportive and engaging environment for personal growth and development.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and youth; excellent communication skills for collaborative work and conveying information clearly; proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to anticipate challenges and make informed decisions; strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively; critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions; experience in managing facility operations, including vendor management, safety compliance, and program logistics; adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
