Position: Operations Director

As part of the Detection and Measurement sector, CUES leads in developing water, wastewater, and stormwater inspection equipment, enhancing the safety and reliability of water infrastructure systems worldwide.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Operations, or related field; 15+ years’ experience in Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and/or Supply Chain Management with 5+ years of multi-site responsibility at a senior level; expertise in Lean implementation required; strong knowledge of financial measurement tools; excellent written and verbal communication skills
