Position: Onsite Project Manager – Industrial & Manufacturing
About: Join a well-established Carolina-based General Contractor specializing in overseeing large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects valued at over $40M. This role offers the opportunity to lead challenging projects in various sectors, including Cold Storage, Complex Manufacturing Facilities, Food & Beverage Processing Facilities, and Data Centers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5-7 years managing commercial or industrial construction projects, including ground-up construction and additions; strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects valued at $40M or more; exceptional team leadership and problem-solving skills; proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam) and deep understanding of construction methods; outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities with ease
