Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; effective communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to engage with guests and team members; flexibility in work schedule; capability to handle cash transactions and merchandise effectively; ability to lift up to 44 pounds; willingness to respond to communication attempts from the company; active engagement by picking up shifts every 4 weeks; minimum of one shift every 6 months to maintain employment; physical capability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts.
