Position: On-Call Concierge
About: Four Seasons, located at 300 South Doheny Drive, is seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions, arrange transportation and reservations, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a clean and organized lobby area, and collaborate with other hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
