Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or at least six months clerical experience and/or training; Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures; Possess intermediate personal computer skills and ability to utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 3-5 years of customer service or reception experience preferred
