Position: On-Call Catering and Events Chef
About: Humble Spirit is a wine country restaurant in historic downtown McMinnville, Oregon, known for sharing food with heart and sourcing ingredients from Tabula Rasa Farms with sustainable practices. Requirements: Direct experience with events production and catering operations; Multi-unit operational experience is a plus; Commitment to regenerative agriculture, transparent food sourcing, and seasonal cooking; Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds; Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to work in various locations and independently or as part of a team; 3+ years experience in an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Banquet/Events Chef role
