About: Omakase Shoji is a traditional Japanese restaurant that offers an authentic omakase dining experience. The omakase menu offers 17 courses for $185 or 20 courses for $225. The restaurant also has a sake bar and lounge that serves Japanese sake, whisky, champagne and seasonal cocktails.

Requirements: At least three years of Japanese sushi restaurant experience; strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
