Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in administration, reception, concierge, customer service, or hospitality; exemplary attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism; strong customer service and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; flexibility in work schedule; U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee/asylum status; valid Driver’s License
