Position: Nutrition Services Supervisor
About: Under the direction of the Nutritional Services Manager, Parkview Health at Mirro Conference Center Ops is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise co-workers in the Nutrition Services department, ensuring food production standards are met and business practices align with the company’s mission and values.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent of a GED required; Associate’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts preferred; ServSafe Certified or must obtain within 6 months from date of hire; leadership experience in food service operations or hospitality environment preferred; minimum of two years culinary/kitchen or hospitality management preferred; experience in health care is preferred; good verbal and written communication skills
