Position: Nutrition Services Supervisor
About: Under the direction of the Nutritional Services Manager, Parkview Bleed Green is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise co-workers in all areas of the Nutrition Services department, responsible for food production, implementing business practices, and contributing to revenue and profit growth. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, excellence in presentation, and customer service during meal service in each area.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent of a GED required; Associate’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts preferred; ServSafe Certified or must obtain within 6 months from date of hire; Leadership experience in food service operations or hospitality environment preferred; Minimum of two years of culinary/kitchen or hospitality management preferred; Experience in healthcare preferred; Good verbal and written communication skills
