Position: Nutrition Services Supervisor
About: Parkview Health in the Dietetics/Food Service department is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in the role of Nutrition Services Supervisor. This position involves supervising coworkers, overseeing food production, and ensuring the implementation of business practices aligned with the company’s mission and values to drive revenue and operational success. The ideal candidate will uphold excellence in meal service, presentation, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the Nutrition Services department.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent of a GED required; Associate’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts preferred; ServSafe Certified or obtain within 6 months from the date of hire; leadership experience in food service operations or a hospitality environment preferred; minimum of two years culinary/kitchen or hospitality management experience preferred; experience in healthcare is a plus; good verbal and written communication skills are essential
