About: Otero Elementary is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their Nutrition Services team for the School Year 2024-2025. The position involves supervising and training Nutrition Service Assistants in food preparation, ensuring quality meals, maintaining sanitation guidelines, and upholding excellent customer service standards in a dynamic educational food service environment.
Requirements: 2 years experience in food preparation or nutrition services supervision or management; High School Diploma or Trade School; Operating knowledge of nutrition services equipment and basic cooking skills; CDE Training Management preferred; Sanitation certificate required; Ability to lift and move heavy objects; Pass a criminal background check and District fingerprinting
