Position: Nutrition Services, Head Cook, 2024-2025
About: The company is seeking a Head Cook to prepare food items according to the daily food production schedule and approved standardized recipes, including special diet meals. The role requires adherence to all HACCP requirements, close coordination with the Manager for daily food quantities, and essential knowledge of food safety. Prior experience in high-volume cooking and familiarity with food service equipment use and cleaning are preferred. Job training will be provided, and the location will be determined at the time of hire.
