Position: Nutella Cafe Shift Supervisor
About: The Shift Supervisor position at Ferrero involves ensuring that all staff perform their job responsibilities and meet expectations in operations and customer service. They manage all restaurant activities in the absence of the General or Assistant General Manager, assist in system management, and support a safe environment while upholding Nutella’s vision and values.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in fast casual food restaurant operations; knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices, employment laws, health and safety codes, and food and beverage codes; organizational, planning, and supervisory skills; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle potential allergens
