Position: Nursing Director – RN
About: Sunrise Senior Living, a certified Great Place to Work by Activated Insights, is seeking a Resident Care Director (RCD) for Sunrise of Franklin Lakes. The RCD will lead and manage health and wellness, care coordination, and services for residents, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care programs implementation.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial RN license; minimum two years RN experience with at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care; minimum of one year nursing management experience; certified in CPR and First Aid; demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and clinical data analysis; computer proficiency; ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed for resident care/services.
