Position: Nursing Director
About: Sunrise Senior Living at Willowbrook is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Director/Director of Nursing/Nursing Director to lead and manage the health and wellness, coordination of care and services for residents within the community. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a Registered Nurse (RN); minimum two (2) years RN experience with at least one (1) year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred; minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices and infection control; experience in clinical data analysis and quality improvement initiatives; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
