Position: Nursing Director
About: Sunrise Senior Living at The Colonnades in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Resident Care Director to lead and manage health and wellness, care coordination, and services for residents in the community.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial RN license; minimum two years RN experience with at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred; minimum of one year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; knowledge of nursing practices in compliance with regulations; ability to delegate assignments, track clinical data, and manage priorities effectively; proficiency in EMRs and Microsoft Office; willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed for resident care/services.
