Position: Nursing Director

The Resident Care Director serves as the nursing clinical leader for the community, responsible for managing health and wellness, medication management, quality assurance, and financial management. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial RN license; minimum 2 years RN experience with 1 year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care; minimum 1 year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; knowledge of applied nursing practices and infection control; ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively; computer proficiency; flexible to work weekends, evenings, and on call as needed
