Position: Nursing Director
About: Sunrise Senior Living, a certified Great Place to Work® by Activated Insights, is seeking a Resident Care Director for Brighton Gardens of Winston-Salem. The RCD will lead and manage health and wellness, care coordination, and services for residents within the community, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care programs.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current RN license; Minimum 2 years RN experience, 1 year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment; 1 year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; Knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and clinical data analysis; Strong leadership, critical thinking, and computer skills; Ability to work flexible hours as needed for resident care
