Position: Nursing Director

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current RN license; minimum 2 years RN experience, with 1 year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care; 1 year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and clinical data analysis; ability to delegate, manage time effectively, and work flexible hours for resident care services.
