Position: Nursing Director
About: Sunrise Senior Living in the Raleigh Metro Area is seeking a Resident Care Director (RCD) to lead and manage health and wellness, care programs, and regulatory compliance for the community. The RCD will oversee and implement all aspects of resident care services while collaborating with clinical providers and ensuring quality assurance and performance improvement.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial RN license; minimum 2 years RN experience with 1 year in a home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment; at least 1 year of nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and clinical data analysis; proficiency in EMRs and Microsoft Office suite; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
