About: Roots Ocean Prime Darien is a new upscale casual dining restaurant seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to work alongside the Executive Chef for the grand opening. The establishment prides itself on culinary excellence and delivering exceptional dining experiences to its guests.

Requirements: 2-4+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment; the ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste; strong broiler skills are required; an excellent attention to detail; passion for culinary and mentorship
