About: North Italia is a casual restaurant brand owned by The Cheesecake Factory. It currently has more than 25 locations across the United States.
Requirements: At least two years of culinary management experience in a high-volume establishment; knowledge of financial management and business operations; able to work shifts lasting 10 hours or more; prior experience in using POSitouch and Crunchtime preferred
