Position: Catering Chef at Roberta’s

About: Roberta’s is a renowned New American restaurant and pizzeria located in Bushwick, Brooklyn. It has gained acclaim for its artisanal wood-fired pizzas, which have earned it two Michelin stars.

Requirements: Minimum of three years of fine dining or catering experience in a high volume operation; experience creating menus that focus on seasonal ingredients and emphasize local sourcing; strong leadership and communication skills; valid driver’s license; ability to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 50 pounds; flexibility to work nights, holidays and weekends
