Position: NIGHT OPERATIONS MANAGER
About: Paragon Tropicana is seeking a Night Manager to oversee the operations of multiple departments during the night shift, ensuring high-quality service standards and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent; 3 years’ experience in Hotel Ops and/or Food & Beverage Operations; 2 years’ supervisory/management experience; Bilingual with English fluency; Previous experience in a similar position or resort setting; Proof of ability to work in the United States; Food Handler’s Card; Alcohol Awareness Card; Non-Gaming Card; Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Opera, and InfoGenesis; Strong customer service and communication skills; Basic Windows and Microsoft computer systems knowledge; Basic mathematical skills; Ability to observe details and follow directions effectively; Friendly and polite demeanor in providing guest service; Effective listening abilities and judgment; Willingness to work in varied temperatures; Proficient in English communication.
