Position: Night Manager
About: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Night Manager to lead their dynamic front office operation. The resort prides itself on delivering customized and memorable experiences to guests and residents, aiming to attract positive and passionate talent to provide intuitive service. The Night Manager will oversee overnight operations, resolve guest concerns, and ensure exceptional service quality.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent experience; prior experience in dealing with guests in difficult situations; able to maintain high service levels in high-pressure environments; excellent communicator, coach, and motivator; understanding of Health and Safety regulations; computer literate; good understanding of staff welfare; crisis management training; confidence in providing excellent service; willingness to serve guests, residents, and peers; good organizational skills; ability to work well under pressure; high work ethic and sense of responsibility.
