Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel experience preferred; basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate calculations using a 10-key; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner; access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
