Position: Night Auditor
About: A hotel in need of a Supervisor, specifically a General Manager, for their Night Audit team. The role involves greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional guest service during their stay, and settling guest accounts at the end of their stay. The primary responsibilities include completing night audit reports, balancing accounts, handling reservations, and providing attentive service to guests to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a hotel setting preferred; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; proficiency in basic math and financial understanding; knowledge of safety and security procedures; basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
