Position: Night Auditor
About: Supervisor: General Manager. Night Auditors are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling guests’ accounts upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include completing night audit reports, balancing accounts including house accounts and credit cards, and completing settlement. They handle registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties, while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service; ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively; good communication skills; basic math skills; knowledge of hotel policies and procedures; ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office suite; willingness to undergo training in security, alcohol, and health and safety
