Position: Night Audit
About: Manage the entirety of the property from the front desk with the assistance of the Security Officer to collectively ensure smooth operations throughout the overnight shift. Process reservations, greet and assist guests and any inquiries during the night. Responsible for spearheading any guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a professional manner. Perform nightly audit of the hotel’s financial transactions, including room charges, restaurant bills, and other guest expenditures. Reconcile and balance daily accounts, including cash, credit card, and room charges. Generate and distribute daily reports. Maintain security, confidentiality, and monitor hotel entrances. Respond to emergencies and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements: At least twenty-one years of age. Reliable and punctual attendance. Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, and hotel management software. Strong communication, presentation, time-management, logistics, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and accept feedback.
