Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; passion for customer service; ability to work independently and support hotel operations; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and stand for long periods of time
