Position: New Restaurant Opening Training Coach
About: The NRO Training Team Coach is responsible for leading the training team, coordinating the training sessions, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the training programs. The position reports to the Director of Education and Development and works closely with Operations to identify priority training needs. This role also supports training and operations initiatives at existing locations within the region, including overseeing development programs, manager-in-training programs, and the Certified Trainer Program.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of restaurant training experience is required; New restaurant opening training experience is required; At least three (3) years of human resources or related experience; Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
