Position: New Owner Guide
About: The Bluegreen Vacations Corporation, now under Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (HGV), is seeking a dedicated New Owner Onboarding Guide to manage new owner accounts and provide educational support during the first year of ownership. The role involves engaging with owners, exceeding their expectations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years in a customer service and/or sales role; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic computer and phone skills, typing speed of 35 WPM; Strong leadership qualities, teamwork skills, hospitality experience, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
